What is Coach House?Take your training on the go! No matter what your starting point is, what you want to achieve mentally and physically, your gender or level, this is the app that will help you achieve the goals you have, towards a stronger and healthier life, physically and mentally.Its not a cure, its not a quick fix, its not just about weight loss! We have prepared recipes that are easy to make, nutritious and taste great! We have tailored training plans that are effective, varied and challenging so that you constantly ensure progress towards your goal and will be continuously updated with new and motivating content to help you optimize and maintain yourself.What do you get?The app offers training both at home and in a gym with anything from 4-12 week training courses and individual trainings on demand. You get new workouts every week and new courses every month. The Coach House App is easy to navigate and can be used anywhere, anytime.Currently you get:- PROGRESS: In the training section, you get courses for a duration of 4-12 weeks to do both at home, outside and in the gym. There will be courses at different levels, with and without equipment, and a duration of anything from 15 minutes to 60 minutes.- SOME EXERCISES:In the training section, you also get a lot of training that you can do independently of a course, anytime, anywhere. There will be workouts covering different muscle groups and more, lasting anywhere from 8 minutes to 60 minutes. Workouts you can do from home, outside or in a gym, with or without equipment.New courses and individual trainings will be continuously updated in the training section.- RECIPES:You can choose everything from gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or dishes with meat. Add to your shopping list and create your own meal plan. You can also adjust the portions inside the recipes, where you can also see the nutritional content of each dish.The team at Coach House is very focused on ensuring you a wide selection of recipes that can easily be made in less time and that taste good, thus we place great focus on high quality nutrition and reducing processed raw materials in the recipes.New recipes in different categories: breakfast, salads, hearty dishes, snack/dessert and miscellaneous will be continuously updated to suit the season.- LEARNING:In order to achieve success with a balanced and sustainable healthy lifestyle, it also requires working on your habits and routines around your diet and exercise.We have therefore focused on how you can easily and safely optimize your everyday life through new routines and habits and put action behind the desire for change or initiatives.It will be continuously updated with exciting and motivating articles, interviews and more.
